Luch-5M 1

The Luch relay network provides data links between spacecraft in low and medium orbit and Russian ground stations, including for ISS communications. The 5M generation moves to the Ekspress-1000N platform, replacing the Ekspress-1000A bus carried by the earlier Luch-5A and Luch-5V satellites.
