Success
JUN 19200806:36:46 UTCKosmos-3M launched six satellites for Orbcomm's constellation: the Coast Guard demonstrator CDS-3 and five Quick Launch satellites. The Quick Launch satellites suffered a power-system anomaly. Contact was lost with CDS-3 and three of them by the end of 2009, and the last working one failed in early 2011.
