Strela-3M

First flight of Rokot-M, a variant of the Rokot that replaces the Ukrainian-built Khartron guidance system with a Russian-developed equivalent from the Pilyugin Scientific and Production Center. Rokot was retired following its final flight in December 2019 when Ukraine's export restrictions ended the supply of guidance components.
