Sich-1M

The Tsyklon-3's third stage cut its second burn short, leaving Sich-1M and a companion microsatellite in an orbit with a perigee near 280 km instead of the planned 650 km. Sich-1M could still be operated, but the low orbit decayed in April 2006, ending the mission after barely sixteen months of a planned three years.
