Maiden flight of the Kairos launch vehicle. An error in predicting the first-stage motor's fuel burn rate led to under-thrust; the autonomous flight termination system issued a destruct command approximately five seconds after liftoff, and the vehicle disintegrated at low altitude near the launch pad.
