TATARA-1R

Third consecutive failure for the Kairos launch vehicle. An anomaly during first stage flight led to automated flight termination at approximately T+70 seconds, destroying the vehicle before it could reach orbit. TATARA-1R and SC-Sat1a were replacement satellites for payloads lost on the second Kairos flight in December 2024.
