Third and final flight of the Delta IV Medium+ (5,2), a configuration with a 5-meter fairing and two solid strap-on boosters that had previously flown NROL-25 in April 2012 and NROL-45 in February 2016. The launch slipped a day after a scrub over a pad swing-arm issue and a ground system valve, then a further 24 hours for high ground winds. The National Reconnaissance Office did not describe the payload.
