Delta IV Heavy flew a classified National Reconnaissance Office payload, tracked as USA-311, after a campaign that began with an automatic engine abort three seconds before liftoff on 27 August 2020. It was the first launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station under that name, and the first Delta IV Heavy flight since January 2019.
