SDA Tranche 2 Transport Layer B

Second of ten launches deploying the Space Development Agency's Tranche 2 Transport Layer, and the campaign's only Vulcan flight. The constellation expands the agency's low-orbit data relay network, providing low-latency tactical connectivity, including Link 16 data links, as part of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture.
