launching from USA

SSC Demo-1

Planned 2026 Q4

Sierra Spaces Dream Chaser Tenacity will be the first US winged spacecraft to reach orbit since the Space Shuttle retired in 2011. The debut is a free-flyer demonstration - no ISS docking - designed to validate the lifting-body vehicles orbital performance, reentry, and autonomous runway landing before cargo missions proceed.
