Soviet super-heavy orbital rocket

The Soviet answer to Saturn V — a super-heavy rocket that flew twice in the late 1980s, carrying a classified military prototype in 1987 and the unmanned Buran shuttle in 1988. The USSR collapsed before Energia had a third mission.
