Iranian missile-derived small-lift orbital rocket

A solid-upper-stage rocket flown by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Qased put Iran's first military satellite, Nour-1, in orbit in April 2020. It launches from Shahroud and has since carried Nour-2 and Nour-3 — a growing constellation of reconnaissance satellites.
