Israel
Emerging space power
Israel is the only country that launches its rockets westward, out over the Mediterranean — going east would mean overflying its neighbours, which isn't an option. Every Shavit lifts off from Palmachim against Earth's rotation.
We track every launch from Israel. Data updated 7 days ago.
