Third and final test launch of the solid-fuel rocket developed by South Korea's Agency for Defense Development (ADD).

S-STEP (Small SAR Technology Experimental Project), built by Hanwha Systems, was South Korea's first privately-owned SAR satellite - an X-band synthetic aperture radar spacecraft for Earth observation and disaster monitoring.
