Gravity

Chinese commercial solid-fuel medium-lift orbital rocket

Gravity-1 is the world's most powerful solid-fuel rocket — 600 tonnes of liftoff thrust — and it launches from a barge at sea. Orienspace flew it for the first time from the Yellow Sea in January 2024, successfully deploying three Yunyao weather satellites and proving out an unusually large all-solid design.

We track every Gravity launch.
