Indian small-lift orbital rocket

ISRO's Small Satellite Launch Vehicle is the agency's answer to the small-sat boom — cheaper and faster to turn around than PSLV. The first flight in 2022 failed on the final stage; the second succeeded in February 2023; the third, in August 2024, completed development and cleared the vehicle for commercial operations. HAL will take over production and marketing.
