Russian ICBM-derived small-lift orbital rocket

A ground-launched orbital rocket built from surplus UR-100N ICBMs — the same missile that underpins Rokot, but with a simpler upper stage derived from the ICBM's own systems rather than the Briz-KM. Three flights between 2003 and 2014; all three succeeded.
